Our Return Policy:

We stand behind the quality and reliability of our press credentials, which have been trusted and successfully used for over 42 years. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund.

You may return your cards within 90 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be mailed back to us within this 90-day period.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned cards. If the cards are not returned, a refund will not be processed.
