Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy:

We strive to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that delivery times may vary. Most orders arrive within two weeks, but some shipments may take longer, especially for destinations outside of the United States or during the Holidays.

Because USPS First Class Mail does not include tracking, we are unable to provide tracking information for standard shipments.

For customers who prefer tracking, we offer an upgraded shipping option via USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee of $14.95. This option includes tracking. If you would like to add this upgrade, you must notify us immediately after placing your order so we can invoice you for the additional shipping fee before your package is sent out.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us. We will gladly reship your full order at no additional cost.
